Love & Pride
“Nothing big today - just I love you and I’m proud of you. That’s all.”

We get about 940 weeks with our kids home. Then they leave. We help you record short voice messages to your kids and keep them safe until they’re old enough to hear them — and once a year, we strike them into a metal coin they’ll hold in their hands.

What is Someday?
Imagine you find out your father has been recording stories, memories, advice, and family history, just for you, your entire childhood. That’s how much he loves you. You’d cry like a baby. You can be that father.
“Simple yet beautiful concept. When my daughter gets this it will be like a long lost letter to her with everything she wanted to know.”

COIN BACK
A QR code, a unique coin identifier, the year, and a backup website address.

COIN FRONT
Every year is a different design. This year (2026) it says “Vox Manet” Meaning “The voice remains” in latin.
Video placeholder
At signup and every year after we strike a coin with that year’s messages into a solid metal and send it to your door. Give it at Christmas, on a birthday, or put it in a drawer for later — it’s yours to hand over however you want.
Years from now they scan it, answer a couple of questions only they’d know, and hear your voice.
The coin doesn’t hold the recordings — it opens them. Lose it and nothing is lost.
Letter from our founder
Hi there,
Banks hold your money. Super important, obviously. But lose that special photo, or letter your dad wrote just to you in a fire - that’s heart-wrenching on a level money can’t hold a candle to. Both undeniably important but in wildly different ways. This is all to say, we take your recordings of advice, stories, memories, and feelings with inherent vulnerability - VERY SERIOUSLY. They are meant for your family to have and hold for the rest of their lives and maybe even future generations.
I can explain all the security measures we are taking technically - but why should you trust a random company (and me the founder) you just landed on through some ad. You shouldn’t. We aren’t dumb. And neither are you. This is why a major part of the product is that you download and connect your Google cloud drive so that your messages are always safe. We’ll send you reminders regularly. We will also never ever hold anything hostage if you decide to not be a customer anymore.
“What if you aren’t in business anymore?” Glad you asked. Not the plan but anything can happen. One, we make sure you always have a backup. Two, we are currently working toward a Financial Digital Trust to give further peace of mind that even in 100 years - unless the internet breaks entirely - recordings will be available through Someday by Stedhaven Archives.
I’m a dad first; then a founder. I want my daughter to be proud that I helped build this company, recorded messages for her, and took care of your recordings as preciously as my own.
Give it a try. Would love your feedback to improve as we go.

Frequently asked questions
That’s most people, and it’s the whole reason the app is built the way it is. There’s a new idea waiting every day — a question, a half-finished sentence, something to notice about this week. If one doesn’t land, there’s another. And if you open one and freeze, there are a few ways in underneath it to get you started.
You’re not writing a eulogy. Most good ones are somebody saying one small true thing for forty seconds.
